BAND KNIFE MACHINE WITH AIR BLOW TABLE
*. Suitable for woven fabric, knit fabric, synthetic fiber (vinylon, acrylic fiber...) vinyl cloth, sponge cloth, synthetic leather, felt etc.
*. Band knife cutting machine with floatation table top could cut fabric accurately and easily. Materials can be easily moved, by air blow through nozzles on the table. There is a ball inside nozzle, so air blows only when materials are on the table and this ball turns and aids to move materials.
*. The machine is equipped with knife sharpening device and knife cooling silicone pad.
*. The emery-stone can be changed easily by the operator, fine grindstone for soft fabric and coarse one for hard fabric.
*. The speed changeable motor provided enables speed control and makes cutting of every type of materials easier. (If the cutting line tend to be melted, slow down the speed to avoid melting)
*. Vinyl cloth and synthetic leathers can also be cut by using a serrated or scalloped blade.
